The fake leather is peeling off the furniture and it is everywhere in my camper. Why would this company put “ pleather” in an expensive camper, just to peel off and look horrible!
All furniture is peeling and it looks horrible and is a mess!!
This should not happen with an expensive camper!!!

Lack of support
- - -Sanibel 3952FBWB touted for families/full-time RVers; at 7 mo it has a cracked shower, loose screws, nonworking outlets/USB, and no company response.
We moved from Texas to New Mexico and decided to start our New Mexico time in an RV. We settled on the Sanibel 3952FBWB because we were told the quality was above reproach, and it was designed with families and full-time RVers in mind.
We have had NOTHING but issues with this rig since we had it delivered. Our shower floor cracked within the first 2 months, we have random screws just left under the beds, there are outlets that simply stopped working, the USB ports never worked, and we have outlet covers that have started coming out of the wall. We have reached out to every contact we could find and still have not heard back from the company asking for help as the rig is only 7 months old.
The sheer amount of problems make me feel we have a lemon. If I could do it over again, I would never even look at a PrimeTime RV ever again.

Your 5th wheel is falling apart
- - Ceiling molding is buckled; bed molding came off.
- - Bathroom door frame is bowed; TV, stereo quit.

- - Bought a new 2020 Primetime Crusader 5th wheel.
- - In year one it was in the shop 3 times for the same roof leak.
- - Interior has water damage and musty smell.
I purchased a brand new 2020 Primetime Crusader 5th wheel in January 2021. it has been in the shop 3 times in the first year for the same roof leak.
The last time it was in the shop for 6 weeks. They (Camping World) has guaranteed that the leak has been fixed every time. Now the interior has water damage and a nasty musty smell.
I have called the customer service department and am getting the run around. I was hoping that a company would stand behind their product.

I wanted to give a big shout-out to one of your online representatives, Sara Hankins, who no matter how remedial my need was she has seen it was taken care of. In today's work environment of sloppy, lazy, unmotivated workers spewing out the worn out excuses of "supply chain delays," "COVID", "sorry we're short staffed, etc..." where it is more common now to not get call backs, knowledgeable answers, or emails responded too, Sara has demonstrated old school work ethics (the way it should be) that makes a customer want to stay a customer. So thanks to her for being a glimmer of light in the ever darkening world of customer service.
