Bought a 2018 primetime avenger 21rbs, this is the worst trailer ever, first camp trip water heater went out second camp trip awni g went out 3rd trip roof leak with mold, called pretime manager SHANNON (DICK)HUNTER seemed concerned at first, boy qas i fooled , he said let me review your damages and ill get back to you, well he reviewed them and said my camper was not usable for 27 days, lol thats a 3rd of the camping season, oh yea it was more like 60 days because my camper smelled like mold for 20 days waiting on parts, well all this went wrong i ask *** HUNTER for another year warranty and he said my camper wasnt down long enough, then he kept callling me and leaving the phone on waiting music POS, then i called back and spoke to NESA LIAR WILSON in customer relations, and she had me send her pics of all the damages and she never returned my call, everytime i called them they had it on speaker phone probably making a joke of the whole thing, it a good thing they are 3 hours away because Shannon needs his rude butt kicked, WARNING DONT BUY PRIMETIME AVENGER THEY DONT STAND BY THEYRE PRODUCT
